In a result that Beavis and Butthead would enjoy, GW beat Longwood 63-54. GW was down 13 at one point, but battled back and contained LU's Lamar Barrett, who had 19 points in the first but only 2 in the second. GW went on a 20-0 run at one point too, which is a good sign. GW was outrebounded 37-35, which isn't good, and shot 40% from the floor, but held LU to 35%. He wouldn't comment on why he was suspended, and when asked if he'll play on Saturday versus Alabama, Hobbs said "I should hope." Not exactly a ringing endorsement.
