Apparently Tech fans are pissed about Nigel Munson coming to GW, but Colonials fans are saying there was no tampering (i.e. contacting another school's player, which is not allowed under NCAA rules).The usually very reliable Blue Seats says
There was no tampering. Nigel's people say he wanted out of Va Tech and to return to the DC area. When I first heard the story from lock solid AAU sources more than a month ago it was that he approached GW not the other way around. Greenberg is playing with fire locally if he pursues this further.Let's hope so!
UPDATE: The Post blog has some people giving a rhetorical smackdown to VT fans claiming there was tampering.
