Song of Roland: Houston named associate head coach

Roland Houston in action
Looks like Karl Hobbs likes French epic poems: assistant coach and big man expert Roland Houston has been promoted to associate head coach.

Nice to see for the big guy, who was also an assistant at Rhode Island after playing there in the 70s and 80s. He also played in France, Spain, Italy and Argentina -- kind of ironic (if you are a literature nerd) in that Roland became the French national hero after some Basques killed him in a battle in 778.
